Natalie Ryback (nêe Hornsby) makes businesses work for people. Committed to blending the strategy of the for-profit sector with the heart of the non-profit sector, she is dedicated to helping clients build integrated businesses that bring fulfillment to those within it, while also making a positive impact on those around it.

Natalie began her career in the private sector where she oversaw the expansion of Zhu Zhu Pets toys into 60+ countries, creating a global phenomenon. Her handling of product shortages and false allegations during the 2009 holiday season earned Natalie’s team the 2010 SABRE Award for Brand Reputation Management and the 2010 American Business Award for Crisis Management PR.

She has since worked to benefit numerous businesses and nonprofit organizations, including: SouthSide Early Childhood Center, Coolfire Solutions, Nexus Network, Trevinly, Opportunity International + Undivided, Sherpa Studios, The Women’s Bakery, and STLNOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects, St. Louis Chapter).

As a spokesperson, Natalie has interviewed with renowned media outlets including: The New York Times, Time, The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, CBS Evening News and Nightline. She has spoken to thousands of people about leadership, philanthropy, and redefining success.
